Tai Chi (Beginner or Advanced) Winter Session
Tai Chi - Once per week - 10 week session @ HP Community Center. Starting January 6th.
Beginner - Mondays 6pm-7pm
Intermediate / Advanced - Mondays 7pm-8pm
Originally developed as a form of self-defense, Tai Chi uses gentle movements, connecting mind and body, that can help reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve muscle strength, increase energy and agility, and increase feelings of well-being.
