 It’s time to get your Girls up and moving and experiencing the magic of Girls on the Run.  The girls meet twice a week for 10 weeks with trained volunteer coaches learning life skills important for navigating the challenges they face every day. Resilience, Confidence building, how to make and be a good friend, community service, and much more, all while learning how to be physically and mentally prepared to complete a 5K Race.  They make new friends, explore healthy living, and often find a new appreciation for having an active lifestyle.
